In early 2014, Calhoun County Land Bank Authority board and staff identified programmatic, operational, fund, and board development goals to guide revitalization over the next three years.

Using the strategic plan as a guide, the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority continued blight elimination, created new partnerships to rehabilitate homes, and worked aggressively to return vacant lots to the tax roll.
