Develop This Lot | Calhoun County Land Bank Authority

The Develop This Lot Program provides opportunities for buyers and developers interested in transforming vacant land into housing, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects that strengthen our communities. This program is a partnership between staff and the buyer throughout the purchase and predevelopment process; interested buyers are expected to have a development plan and must be willing to work through predevelopment steps.
